- No Sound Output:
- Ensure both the transmitter and receiver are powered on.
- Verify that the receiver is securely plugged into the audio input of your amplifier or mixer.
- Check that the transmitter and receiver are successfully paired (RF indicator on receiver should be green).
- Confirm that the volume on your amplifier/mixer is not muted or set too low.
- Check the battery levels of both units and recharge if necessary.
- Interference or Poor Sound Quality:
- Try changing the channel on the receiver and re-pairing the transmitter.
- Ensure there are no major obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
- Reduce the operating distance between the transmitter and receiver (maximum 50m line-of-sight).
- Check for other wireless devices operating on similar frequencies that might be causing interference.
- Microphone Not Attaching Securely:
- Ensure the spring clip is correctly positioned on a stable part of the violin.
- Adjust the flexible gooseneck to find a secure and optimal position for the microphone head.
