The printer is equipped with a white ink mixing and circulation system to prevent pigment settling. Ensure this system is always active when the printer is on. If the printer is idle for an extended period, perform a manual circulation or mixing cycle before printing.

6.2 Print Head Cleaning

Regularly perform print head cleaning cycles to prevent nozzle clogs and maintain print quality. Use the 'Print clean' function on the control panel or through the RIP software. If print quality degrades, perform a 'Print check' to identify clogged nozzles and then run a cleaning cycle.

  • Keep the printer's exterior clean with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Regularly clean the vacuum suction platform to ensure proper film adhesion.
  • Inspect and clean the film path for any ink residue or dust.
