5. Setup and Initial Use

5.1 Charging the Power Bank

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the Type-C input port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (5V/2.1A adapter recommended for faster charging, not included).
  3. The LED indicators will light up to show the charging progress.
  4. Fully charge the power bank before its first use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Charging Your Devices

  1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the output ports (USB-A or Type-C) on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
  3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device.
  4. You can charge multiple devices simultaneously using both output ports.

6.2 Checking Battery Level

The power bank features LED indicators to show the remaining battery capacity:

  • 1 LED: ≤20% capacity
  • 2 LEDs: 26%-50% capacity
  • 3 LEDs: 51%-75% capacity
  • 4 LEDs: 76%-100% capacity
Guide to the LED battery capacity indicators: 1 LED for <=20%, 2 LEDs for 26%-50%, 3 LEDs for 51%-75%, and 4 LEDs for 76%-100%.

7. Maintenance

  • Keep the power bank dry and away from moisture.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
  • Do not drop, puncture, or disassemble the power bank.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use.

8. Troubleshooting

Q: The power bank is not charging.
A: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's Type-C input and the wall adapter. Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient power (5V/2.1A recommended).
Q: My device is not charging from the power bank.
A: Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (refer to LED indicators). Ensure the charging cable connecting your device to the power bank is not damaged and is securely connected. Try a different cable or port.
Q: The charging speed seems slow.
A: Ensure you are using a high-quality charging cable. The charging speed can also be affected by the device being charged and its remaining battery level. For optimal charging of the power bank itself, use a 5V/2.1A wall adapter.
