Ergonomic Design Benefits

This can significantly reduce muscle strain and discomfort associated with prolonged traditional mouse use, potentially preventing conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the internal components.
- Battery Replacement: When the mouse performance degrades or stops responding, replace the two AAA batteries. Always use fresh batteries and dispose of old ones responsibly.
- USB Receiver Storage: When not in use or during travel, store the USB receiver in its designated slot on the underside of the mouse to prevent loss.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is powered ON using the switch on the bottom.
- Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
- Verify that the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
- Move the mouse closer to the USB receiver to rule out range issues (maximum 10m).
- Erratic or no cursor movement:
- Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse with a soft, dry cloth.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Highly reflective or transparent surfaces may interfere with tracking.
- DPI setting not changing:
- Press the DPI button firmly. If it still doesn't change, try replacing the batteries.
