4.1 Mounting the DVR
- Attach the monitor base to the bottom of the DVR unit.
- Place the DVR unit on your car's dashboard in a position that does not obstruct your view of the road.
- Ensure the front camera has a clear view through the windshield. The front lens can rotate 180° and slide up/down for optimal positioning.
4.2 Wiring and Power Connection
- Connect the Car Charger to the DVR unit's power input port.
- Plug the other end of the Car Charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- If you have the optional rear camera, connect its cable to the designated rear camera input port on the DVR. Route the cable neatly to the rear of the vehicle.
- If using the optional Power Box, follow its specific wiring instructions for constant power supply (e.g., for parking monitoring).
4.3 SD Card Installation
- Locate the Micro SD/TF card slot on the DVR unit.
- Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD/TF card (up to 256GB maximum external memory) into the slot until it clicks into place.
- It is recommended to format the SD card within the DVR settings upon first use and periodically thereafter to ensure optimal performance.
4.4 Initial Power On
Once connected to power, the DVR should power on automatically within 5 seconds (Fast boot feature). Follow any on-screen prompts for initial setup, such as language selection.

5.1 Basic Operation and Screen Controls
- The 8.1-inch screen is a touch screen. Navigate menus and select options by tapping or swiping.

5.2 Camera Modes and Recording
The DVR supports three recording channels:
- Front Camera: Records the view ahead of the vehicle in 2.5K (2560*1440P).
- Inside/Right Camera: The front lens can be rotated 180° to record the interior of the car or the right side view in 2.5K (2560*1440P).
- Rear Camera: Records the view behind the vehicle in 1080P.
Recording Features:
- Loop-Cycle Recording: Automatically overwrites the oldest footage when the memory card is full.

5.3 CarPlay & Android Auto
