Setup Instructions
- Choose a Flat Surface: Select a clean, flat area on your car's dashboard for installation. This mount is not suitable for curved or excessively tilted surfaces.
- Clean the Surface: Thoroughly clean the chosen surface to remove any dust, dirt, or oils. Use a clean cloth for this step.
- Position the Mount: Place the Joyroom JR-ZS330 mount on the cleaned flat surface.
- Secure the Mount: Press down firmly on the mount to ensure strong adhesion.
- Allow Adhesion to Set: For optimal security, wait for at least 6 hours after installation before placing a phone in the mount.

- Ensure the dashboard surface is flat. This product is not designed for curved surfaces.

Operating Instructions
- Placing Your Phone: Gently press the phone against the spring-loaded arms of the holder. The automatic spring-lock design will secure your phone in place.
- Adjusting Viewing Angle:
- Rotation: The base allows for 360° free rotation. Adjust the phone to your preferred horizontal or vertical orientation.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Nano Gel Base: If the adhesion of the nano gel base weakens over time due to dust or dirt, simply wash it with water. Allow it to air dry completely before re-applying. The base is designed to be washable and reusable without leaving glue marks.
- General Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, damp cloth to remove any surface dust or smudges. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting
- Issue: Mount is not stable or falls off.
Possible Causes & Solutions:
- Surface is not flat: Ensure the mount is installed on a completely flat surface. It is not suitable for curved or excessively tilted dashboards.
- Surface was not clean: Re-clean the dashboard surface thoroughly to remove all dust, dirt, and oils before re-applying the mount.
- Insufficient setting time: Ensure you wait at least 6 hours after installation before using the mount to allow the adhesive to fully set.
- Nano gel base is dirty: Wash the nano gel base with water and let it air dry completely to restore its adhesion.
- Issue: Phone does not fit securely in the holder.
