5. Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your BP2000 Pro. Connect the power adapter to the AC input port and plug it into a wall outlet. The display will indicate charging status. For faster charging, you can also use solar panels simultaneously.

Connecting Expansion Batteries

The BP2000 Pro can be expanded with up to seven B2000 expansion batteries. To connect, align the expansion battery with the main unit and connect the expansion cable to the Battery Expansion Port on the rear of the BP2000 Pro. Ensure a secure connection. The system will automatically recognize the added capacity.

Home Grid Integration (UPS Function)

For seamless home backup, the BP2000 Pro can integrate with a dual-power automatic transfer switch (ATS). Connect the BP2000 Pro to your home's ATS system according to the ATS manufacturer's instructions. In the event of a power outage, the BP2000 Pro will automatically supply power to your connected devices within 10 milliseconds.

6. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the main power button for a few seconds to turn the unit on or off. The display will illuminate upon power-on.

Charging the Power Station

The BP2000 Pro offers multiple charging methods:

• AC Wall Outlet: Connect the power adapter to the AC input port and a standard wall outlet. Max. 1800W input. Charges 0-80% in approximately 1.5 hours.
• Solar Panels: Connect compatible solar panels (Max. 1000W, 12-120V/15A via XT60 port) using the MC4 cable. Charges 0-80% in approximately 2.5 hours (with 1000W solar).
• Car Charger: Connect the car charger cable to the Solar/Car Input port and your vehicle's 12V or 24V outlet.
• AC + Solar Dual Recharge: Combine AC (1500W) and Solar (1000W) input for a total of 2500W, charging 0-80% in approximately 1 hour.

Using the Outputs

Press the respective AC, DC, or USB power buttons to activate the desired output ports. The display will show the active outputs and current power draw.

• AC Output: Plug your AC devices into the 5 AC outlets. The BP2000 Pro provides a continuous 3600W output, suitable for most household appliances and power tools.
• DC Output: Connect your 12V or 24V DC devices to the appropriate DC ports.
• USB Output: Use the USB-A and USB-C ports to charge smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other USB-powered devices.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function

When the BP2000 Pro is connected to an AC wall outlet and has devices plugged into its AC outputs, it functions as an Uninterruptible Power Supply. If the grid power fails, the unit will automatically switch to battery power within 10 milliseconds, ensuring your connected devices remain powered without interruption.

Smart App Control

Download the OUKITEL app to control and monitor your BP2000 Pro remotely. The app allows you to view battery status, input/output power, adjust settings, and manage the unit from your smartphone.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure it is charged to approximately 50-80% and store it in a cool, dry place with a temperature between -10℃ and 40℃ (14℉-104℉). Recharge every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
• Battery Life: The LiFePO4 battery is designed for over 3500 cycles to 80% of its original capacity, offering a long lifespan.
• Ventilation: Regularly check that the ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.

• Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to a power source.

• Charging issues: Ensure all charging cables are securely connected. Check the power source. For solar charging, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and correctly oriented.
• App connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone and the BP2000 Pro. Restart the app and the power station if necessary.
