1. Product Overview

The CUBOT KINGKONG X PRO is a high-performance 5G rugged smartphone designed for durability and advanced functionality. It features a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, a large 6.72-inch 144Hz display, extensive memory and storage options, and a long-lasting 10200mAh battery. Built to withstand harsh environments, it boasts IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certifications.

2. Setup Guide

2.1 SIM Card and Storage Installation

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
3. Insert your Nano SIM card(s) and/or a TF card (for expandable storage up to 1TB) into the designated slots. The device supports either dual Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF card.
4. Carefully push the tray back into the device until it is flush with the body. Ensure the tray is properly sealed to maintain water and dust resistance.

2.2 Initial Charging and Power On

1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible 33W PD fast charger.
3. Allow the phone to charge until the battery indicator shows sufficient power.
4. To power on, press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the Cubot logo appears on the screen.

2.3 Security Setup (Fingerprint & Face ID)

1. After initial setup, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Security & Privacy' > 'Biometrics'.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your fingerprint using the side-mounted sensor.
3. For Face ID, ensure you are in a well-lit environment and follow the prompts to scan your face.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Phone Functions

• Calls & Messages: Use the Phone and Messages apps for communication.
• Internet: Connect to Wi-Fi 6 or use 5G/4G mobile data for internet access.
• Applications: The device runs on Android 14, providing access to a wide range of applications from the Google Play Store.

3.2 Multi-function Rear Screen

The 1.85-inch rear display provides quick access to essential information without needing to flip your phone. It can show notifications, time, date, battery status, and music controls.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Device Durability and Care

The KingKong X Pro is built with IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certifications, making it highly resistant to water, dust, and drops. While designed for rugged use, proper care is still recommended:

• Always ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the device to water or dusty environments.
• Avoid intentional submersion in water beyond specified depths and durations.
• Clean the device with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and thorough drying.

4.2 Battery Care

The 10200mAh battery provides extended usage. To maximize battery life:

• Use only the original 33W PD fast charger and cable.
• Avoid extreme temperatures, which can degrade battery performance.
• For long-term storage, charge the battery to around 50% and store in a cool, dry place.

4.3 Storage Management

With 256GB of internal storage and support for up to 1TB TF card expansion, you have ample space. Regularly manage your files to ensure optimal performance:

• Periodically transfer large files (photos, videos) to external storage or cloud services.
• Uninstall unused applications to free up internal memory.
