6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the internal components.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator is low.
- Storage: Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the connection mode (2.4G, Bluetooth, or Wired) and ensure it matches your device's connection. For 2.4G, try replugging the USB receiver. For Bluetooth, try re-pairing.
- Lag or intermittent connection: Ensure the mouse is within range of the receiver/device. Avoid interference from other wireless devices. Try switching to a different USB port for the 2.4G receiver.
- DPI not changing: Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI adjustment buttons.
- RGB lighting not working: Ensure the mouse is powered on. Try pressing the Middle Button + Back Button combination to cycle through effects.
- Mute clicks not working: The mouse is designed with mute clicks. If you experience loud clicks, ensure no debris is obstructing the buttons.
8. User Tips
- Utilize the three Bluetooth channels to quickly switch between multiple devices (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet) without re-pairing.
- Experiment with the different DPI settings to find the sensitivity that best suits your task, whether it's precise graphic design or fast-paced gaming.
- Take advantage of the side scroll wheel for efficient navigation in large spreadsheets or timelines.
- Customize the RGB lighting to match your mood or workspace aesthetic.
