6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the mouse.
- Storage: Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the mouse when the battery indicator is low.
- Anti-slip Stickers: The included anti-slip stickers can be applied to enhance grip if desired.
7. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged and the correct connection mode (Wired, 2.4G, or Bluetooth) is selected. For 2.4G, check if the USB receiver is properly plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired correctly.
- Lag or Disconnection (Wireless): Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device. Ensure there are no strong interfering signals (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
- DPI not changing: Press the DPI button firmly. If using custom software, ensure settings are applied correctly.
- Charging issues: Try a different USB port or charging cable. Ensure the cable is securely connected.
8. User Tips
- For optimal gaming performance, use the 2.4G wireless or wired connection mode due to their higher polling rates (1000Hz). Bluetooth (133Hz) is generally better suited for general office tasks or devices where 2.4G is not an option.
- Experiment with the different DPI settings to find what works best for your specific applications and screen resolution.
- Consider installing the official driver/software to unlock macro programming and fine-tune other mouse parameters for a personalized experience.
