2. Safety Information

3. Setup
3.1 Unboxing
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the kit contents (Figure 1) are present and undamaged.
3.2 Assembling the Tattoo Pen
- Ensure the tattoo pen and battery components are clean.
- Align the battery section with the main pen body and twist gently to secure.
- Insert the desired cartridge needle into the pen's tip. Twist to lock it into place.
3.3 Charging the Device
The device features a Type-C charging port. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the battery. The display will show a charging symbol. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours and provides 4-6 hours of working duration.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on/off the machine, press and hold the power button (C) for 1.5 seconds.
- After turning on, press the power button (C) to activate the motor and display the battery status.
- To pause the machine, press the power button (C). Press again to resume.
4.2 Voltage Adjustment
Use the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to adjust the voltage. Each press adjusts by +/- 0.1V. Press and hold for continuous adjustment. The voltage range is 4.0V to 12.0V. The default starting voltage is 8V.
4.3 Forced Startup Mode
After starting the machine, double-click the power button (C) to activate the forced startup mode. In this mode, the machine will operate at its highest speed for 0.5 seconds, then revert to the previously set voltage.
4.4 Needle Depth Adjustment
The needle length can be adjusted from 1mm to 4.2mm. The grip distance is 42mm. Adjust the grip by rotating it to achieve the desired needle depth.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning of your tattoo pen is crucial for hygiene and longevity. After each use, carefully wipe down the exterior of the machine with a suitable disinfectant. Ensure no liquids enter the internal components. Always follow proper sterilization protocols for any parts that come into contact with ink or skin.
5.2 Storage
Store the tattoo pen kit in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage.
6. Troubleshooting
- Error Code E1:
- Indicates motor locking or overload protection. If this occurs, check for any obstructions in the needle mechanism or if the machine is being over-stressed. Restart the machine. If the error persists, contact support.
- Error Code E2:
- Indicates overcurrent protection. This protects against excessive current draw. If this error appears, reduce the load on the machine or check for any electrical issues. Restart the machine. If the error persists, contact support.
- Battery Status Blinking at 7.9V:
- This is a reminder that the battery is low (at approximately 7.9V). Recharge the device promptly.
