Maintenance

- Periodic Inspection: Annually, or more frequently after severe weather, inspect the entire structure. Check all bolts, screws, and connections for tightness. Ensure the anchor rods are securely in place.
- Rust Prevention: The metal frame is powder-coated and the roof is galvanized steel with an anti-rust coating. Despite this, inspect for any signs of rust, especially at joints or scratched areas. Touch up any exposed metal with rust-inhibiting paint as needed.
- Cleaning: Clean the roof and frame periodically to remove dirt, debris, leaves, and snow accumulation. Use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could damage the coating.
- Snow Removal: While rated for snow, heavy or wet snow accumulation should be removed promptly to prevent excessive stress on the structure.
- Drainage Check: Ensure the rainwater drainage system (sloped roof and sealing tape) is clear of blockages and functioning correctly.
