3. Safety Instructions

• Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling parts.

4. Assembly and Setup

Attaching/Detaching Accessories:

1. To attach an accessory (blender stick, whisk, or chopper motor unit), align the accessory with the motor unit and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
2. To detach an accessory, twist counterclockwise and pull apart.

5. Operating Instructions

Speed Control:

The blender features 30 adjustable speeds and a Turbo button for maximum power.

1. Adjusting Speed: Use the rotary knob on the top of the motor unit to select your desired speed from 1 to 30.
2. Starting Operation: Press the power button to start the blender at the selected speed.
3. Turbo Mode: For an extra boost of power, press and hold the 'Turbo' button. This activates the maximum speed and cannot be adjusted by the speed controller. Release the button to return to the selected speed or stop operation.

Using the Hand Blender (Blender Stick):

Ideal for making soups, smoothies, and sauces directly in pots, bowls, or the included smoothie cup.

1. Attach the blender stick to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blender stick into the ingredients.
3. Press the power button or Turbo button to begin blending. Move the blender up and down gently for even blending.
4. For best results with soups and baby foods, utilize the high-speed settings (up to 15000 rpm).

Using the Chopper (Chopper Bowl):

The 500ml chopper bowl is ideal for quickly processing ingredients like onions, ginger, nuts, leafy greens, meat, and wet chili.

1. Place the chopping blade inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
3. Place the chopper motor unit onto the chopper bowl and twist clockwise to secure.
4. Press the power button or Turbo button to chop. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or continuous operation for finer results.

Using the Whisk (Whisk Attachment):

Perfect for whipping egg whites, cream, or mixing cake batter.

1. Attach the whisk attachment to the motor unit.
2. Place the whisk into the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Press the power button to begin whisking. Adjust speed as needed.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your BioloMix hand blender.

Cleaning the Blender Stick:

1. After use, detach the blender stick from the motor unit.
2. Fill a cup with warm water and add a drop of dish soap.
3. Immerse the blender stick into the soapy water.
4. Press the Turbo button for approximately 20 seconds to clean the blades and shaft.
5. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

Cleaning Other Detachable Parts:

• The chopper bowl, smoothie cup, whisk attachment, and chopper blades can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water or placed in the dishwasher (top rack recommended).
• Ensure all parts are thoroughly rinsed and dried before storage.

Cleaning the Motor Unit:

• Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.

7. Troubleshooting

• Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the attachment is correctly assembled and locked into the motor unit.
• Motor stops during operation: The motor may have overheated due to prolonged use or processing very tough ingredients. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming use. Reduce the load or processing time.
• Food is not blending/chopping effectively: Ensure ingredients are cut into appropriate sizes. Do not overload the chopper bowl or blending cup. Add a small amount of liquid when blending thicker mixtures.
• Excessive vibration or noise: Check that all attachments are securely fastened. Ensure the appliance is on a stable, flat surface.
