5. Setup and Installation
- Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment and insert two (2) 1.5V 'AA' Alkaline batteries. Ensure correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
- Choose Connector Type:
- For most countries (BS Connector), you will use the 1/2" adapter and quick connector.
- For the United States, Canada, and Mexico (UN Connector), use the provided O-ring.
- Attach O-ring: Place the O-ring into the top connector of the water timer to ensure a watertight seal.
- Connect to Faucet: Screw the 360° rotating connector of the water timer onto your outdoor hose faucet. Tighten it firmly by hand. The 360° design allows for easy installation even in narrow spaces.

6.1. Setting the Program
Programs are set based on watering logic. Use the 'OK' button (gear icon) to enter settings and confirm, and 'ESC/OFF' to exit or turn off.
- Set Current Time: Press 'OK' (gear icon) until the current time flashes. Use '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the time, then 'OK' to confirm.
- Set Start Time (D): Navigate to 'START TIME' using 'OK'. Adjust the desired start time for irrigation using '+' and '-', then 'OK' to confirm.
- Set Irrigation Duration (B - How Long): Navigate to 'HOW LONG'. Adjust the watering duration. You can set it from 1 second to 59 seconds, or 1 minute to 99 minutes. Press 'OK' to confirm.

6.2. Manual Watering
To manually water, press the water icon button. The timer will start watering immediately for a default duration or the last set manual duration. Press the button again to stop manual watering.
6.3. Delay Function
If rain is expected or you need to temporarily pause the automatic schedule, use the 'DELAY' button. Press '+' and 'DELAY' simultaneously to activate. Use '+' and '-' to set the delay period (e.g., 24 hours). The timer will resume its schedule after the delay period ends.
6.4. Child Lock
To prevent accidental changes to your programmed settings, activate the child lock. Refer to the specific instructions in the included user manual for activating and deactivating this feature.
6.5. Turning Off
Press the 'ESC/OFF' button to turn off the timer or exit the current setting mode.
