Thank you for choosing the POSEIDON Wireless Tattoo Pen Kit. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your new tattoo pen. Please read it thoroughly before operation and keep it for future reference.

The POSEIDON Wireless Tattoo Pen is designed for embroidery tattoos, offering quiet stability, a strong motor, and precise needle control. Its ergonomic design ensures comfort during extended use.

2. Safety Information

General Safety Warnings

  • Always ensure the appliance is clean and sterilized before and after each use to prevent contamination.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact qualified personnel for service.
  • Keep the device away from water or other liquids. Do not operate with wet hands.
  • Use only original or approved accessories and power adapters.
  • Avoid dropping the device or subjecting it to strong impacts.

Child Safety

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

5. Setup and Assembly

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the tattoo pen. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and a suitable power source. The display will show a charging symbol. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.

Assembling the Tattoo Pen

  1. Ensure the tattoo pen is turned off.
  2. Carefully insert a compatible cartridge needle into the pen. The aluminum alloy protective layer at the interface ensures a tight and wear-resistant connection.
  3. Twist the needle cartridge clockwise until it is securely in place.
  4. Adjust the needle length by rotating the grip of the pen.

6. Operation

Power On/Off

  • To turn on: Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds.
  • To turn off: Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds.

Start/Pause Operation

  • After powering on, press the power button to activate the motor and start tattooing. The display will show the battery status.
  • Press the power button again to pause the operation.
  • Press the power button once more to resume operation.

Voltage Adjustment

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the voltage. Each press changes the voltage by +/-0.1V.
  • Press and hold the '+' or '-' button for continuous voltage adjustment.
  • The voltage range is 4.0V to 12.0V. The default starting voltage is 8V.

Strong Start Mode

  • After starting the machine, double-click the power button to activate the strong start mode.
  • In this mode, the machine will operate at its highest speed for 0.5 seconds, then automatically return to the previously set voltage.

Memory Function

The device retains the last active mode and voltage setting when powered off and will restore them upon the next power-on.

Display and Sleep Mode

  • The display will automatically turn off after 10 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery.
  • The device will enter sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Low Battery Warning

When the battery voltage drops to 7.9V, the battery status symbol on the display will blink as a reminder to recharge.

Timing Function

The device tracks the duration of use while the motor is running. This timing pauses when the machine is paused and resets when the power button is pressed to pause.

Function Keys (M Button)

  • The 'M' function button allows selection between two options (e.g., needle length adjustment or frequency adjustment).
  • After pressing the 'M' button, the corresponding setting will be displayed. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the value.
  • To exit the setting, press the power button.
  • Hold the 'M' button for 5 seconds for automatic setup.

Clamping Mode

  • Press the 'M' function button to toggle between clamping mode and normal mode.
  • In clamping mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the clamping frequency (e.g., 20NPS10HZ).
  • Hold the 'M' button for 5 seconds for automatic setup in clamping mode.

7. Maintenance and Care

Cleaning

  • Always disconnect the power and remove the needle cartridge before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the tattoo pen with a soft, damp cloth. For sterilization, use an approved disinfectant wipe.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or any cleaning solutions.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly or storage.

Storage

  • Store the tattoo pen and accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
