2. Safety Information

Wall Mount Installation
The charger comes with a specially designed wall mount holder, allowing you to convert your portable charger into a fixed wallbox for home use.
- Choose a suitable location on a sturdy wall, near your power outlet and parking spot.
- Securely attach the wall mount holder to the wall using appropriate fasteners (not included, consult a professional if unsure).
- Once the holder is fixed, simply insert the charger from top to bottom into the holder until it clicks into place.


Initial APP Connection (Wi-Fi Hotspot)
For the first-time setup and to enable smart features, connect the charger to the Feyree APP via Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Download the Feyree Smart APP from your device's app store.
- Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect to the charger's hotspot.
- Once connected, you can configure the charger and control it via the app.

4. Operating Instructions
Connecting to Your Vehicle
- Ensure the charger is securely plugged into a compatible 380V CEE power outlet.
- Open your vehicle's charging port.
- Insert the Type 2 charging connector into your vehicle's charging port until it locks securely.
Starting and Stopping Charging
Using the Connector Button:
The Type 2 connector is equipped with a button for convenient control.
- To start charging: Press down the button on the connector.
- To stop charging: Press the button again, and it will release, stopping the charging process.

Using the Control Box Buttons:
The control box features three buttons: 'A' (Downward), 'D' (Enter), and 'T' (Back).
- To start/stop charging: Typically, a short press of the 'D' (Enter) button can initiate or terminate charging, depending on the current state.
- To adjust current: Use the 'A' button to cycle through available current settings (8A, 10A, 13A, 16A). Press 'D' to confirm your selection. The chosen current will be automatically memorized.

Using the Wi-Fi Smart APP
The Feyree Smart APP provides advanced control and monitoring features.
- Real-time Monitoring: View current charging status, voltage, current per phase, power, energy consumed, and charging duration on your smartphone.
- Adjust Charging Current: Set the desired charging current (8A, 10A, 13A, 16A) directly from the app.
- Schedule Charging: Set specific delay times or weekly charging plans to charge during off-peak hours, saving on electricity costs. The charger will automatically power off when the vehicle is fully charged.
- Notifications: Receive notifications, such as when your vehicle is fully charged.
- Bluetooth Control: After initial Wi-Fi setup, the app can control the charger via Bluetooth within a 10-meter range, even without an active Wi-Fi network (requires phone SIM card signal for hotspot functionality if Wi-Fi is unavailable).

The 2.8-inch color LCD screen on the control box displays vital charging information:

Menu Navigation (Control Box)

- Long press the 'T' (Back) button on the control box for 10 seconds to enter the menu page.
- Use the 'A' (Downward) button to navigate through menu options.
- Press the 'D' (Enter) button to select an option or confirm a setting.

5. Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the charging cable and connectors for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion.
- Keep the charger and its components clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the wall mount holder is securely fastened and the charger is properly seated.
- Store the charger in a dry, protected area when not in use, especially if removed from the wall mount.

6. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Charger not starting:
- Ensure the charger is properly plugged into the power outlet and the vehicle.
- Check the LCD screen for any error messages.
- Verify that the power outlet is active and providing the correct voltage (380V).
- Ensure the connector button is pressed down to initiate charging.
- APP connection issues:
- Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.
- Try resetting the Wi-Fi connection on the charger.
- Ensure your phone has a SIM card signal if attempting Bluetooth control without Wi-Fi.
- Slow charging:
- Check the current setting on the charger or via the APP; ensure it's set to the desired amperage (e.g., 16A for max speed).
- Verify your vehicle's onboard charger capacity and the power source's capability.
- Overheat protection activated:
- The charger will automatically reduce current or cut off if temperatures exceed safe limits. Allow the charger to cool down in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure the charger is not exposed to direct sunlight or other heat sources during operation.
Resetting Wi-Fi Connection
If you experience issues with the APP connection, you may need to reset the charger's Wi-Fi settings:
- Long press the 'T' (Back) button on the control box for 10 seconds to enter the menu page.
- Use the 'A' (Downward) button to navigate and select "Settings". Press 'D' (Enter) to confirm.
- Within the "Settings" menu, use 'A' to select "Reset Wifi". Press 'D' to confirm the reset.
