The intelligent color screen allows for powerful upgrades, including triggering and preheating functions, screen rotation (0°/180°), and 90-level fine tuning for accurate and firm welds.
  • Color Screen: The 1.3-inch high-definition color screen displays current settings such as temperature (T: 25°C), mode (Auto), preheat time (5ms), trigger time (0.5s), and gear (1-10).
  • Screen Rotation: The display can be rotated 0°/180° for comfortable viewing.
  • Gear Adjustment: The device offers 90 levels of fine tuning for precise control over welding output. Adjust the gear according to the material thickness and desired weld strength.
  • Welding Modes: Supports both Automatic and Manual welding modes. Select the appropriate mode based on your task.
  • Triggering and Preheating: These functions are adjustable to optimize welding performance for different materials and conditions.

4.2 Welding Process

  1. Prepare Materials: Ensure the nickel strip and battery terminals are clean and free of oxidation.
  2. Place Nickel Strip: Position the nickel strip firmly against the battery terminal where the weld is desired.
  3. Position Electrodes: Place the two welding electrodes firmly and evenly on the nickel strip, directly above the battery terminal.
  4. Initiate Weld:
    • Automatic Mode: The device will automatically detect contact and initiate the weld after a short delay.
    • Manual Mode: Press the trigger button (if available, or apply pressure until the weld initiates) to perform the spot weld.
  5. Inspect Weld: After welding, carefully inspect the joint for strength and quality. Adjust gear settings if necessary.
