- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture.
7.2 Battery Care

- For long-term storage, charge the tablet to about 50-60% and power it off.
7.3 Software Updates
Regularly check for and install system updates to ensure optimal performance, security, and access to new features. Go to Settings > System > System update.
7.4 Storage Management
Periodically review your installed apps and files. Uninstall unused apps and delete unnecessary files to free up storage space and maintain performance. Utilize the Micro SD card for large media files.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your tablet, refer to the following common solutions:
- Tablet not turning on: Ensure the tablet is charged. Connect it to a charger for at least 30 minutes, then try powering it on again.
- Screen unresponsive: Try a forced restart by pressing and holding the Power Button for about 10-15 seconds. If that doesn't work, use a thin object to press the Reset Button (refer to Product Overview).
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and you have the correct password. Try restarting your Wi-Fi router and the tablet.
- Slow performance: Close unused apps running in the background. Clear app caches (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache). Free up storage space.
- Apps crashing: Ensure the app is updated to its latest version. Clear the app's cache and data (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear data). If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Battery draining fast: Reduce screen brightness. Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS when not in use. Limit background app activity.
9. User Tips
- Maximize Storage: Take advantage of the Micro SD card slot to store large files like movies, photos, and documents, keeping your internal storage free for apps.
- Optimize Display: Use the 'Eye Health Mode' feature, especially when reading or using the tablet in low light, to reduce eye strain and improve comfort.
- App Management: Regularly review your installed applications. Uninstall apps you no longer use to free up space and improve overall tablet performance.
- Stay Updated: Keep your tablet's operating system and apps updated to benefit from the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements.
