- Insert a high-speed TF card (Class 10 or above, 32GB-128GB capacity) into the card slot of the recorder.
- Fix the recorder securely on your car's windshield.
- Connect the power: You can use the car charger plugged into the cigarette lighter, or for 24-hour parking monitoring, use a hardwire kit (buck line) connected to the car's fuse box.
- Use the charging extension cable to connect the recorder's USB port to the car charger. When wiring, lay the cable along the edge of the car windshield.
- Rear Camera Installation (Optional): Install the rear camera at the rear of the vehicle, paying attention to its direction. Route the wiring along the roof of the vehicle. Connect the rear plug to the rear camera interface of the recorder.

PC Version GPS Track Map Player: Download the player from https://pcgps.ce2ce.com/hit/hitplayer.html. System requirements: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit or 32-bit, Windows XP not supported) or Mac OS (search "HIT GPS Player" in the store). Open the software, then drag video files to the player to view GPS tracks.
Mobile Version: The "Viidure" app displays speed, direction, and coordinates.
5. Maintenance
- TF Card Management: Regularly format your TF card to prevent file corruption and ensure smooth recording. This also helps in managing storage space.
- Lens Cleaning: Periodically check the camera lens for dirt or fingerprints. Before shooting, gently wipe the lens with lens paper to ensure clear image quality.
- Power Source: Always use the original factory standard adapter charger. Do not use non-standard chargers, as this may damage the device and void the warranty.
- Avoid Disassembly: Do not attempt to dismantle the device yourself, as this may affect the warranty and proper functioning.
6. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
If you encounter any issues under normal operating conditions, refer to the solutions below:
- Cannot take photos or video: Check if the TF card has sufficient space or if it is locked.
- Recording automatically stops: Due to large high-definition video data, ensure you are using a high-speed TF card (Class 10 or above).
- "File" error when replaying pictures/videos: This may indicate incomplete files. Use the Car DVR's "Format" function to reformat the TF card.
- Image is foggy: Check the lens for dirt or fingerprints. Wipe the lens with lens paper before recording.
- Recorder does not work: Press the reset key (usually a small button that requires a sharp object like a paperclip) to restore normal operation.
- Mobile phone cannot connect to the product:
- Ensure your mobile phone is not connected to other WiFi hotspots. The app can only connect to the recorder when your phone's WiFi is specifically connected to the recorder's WiFi network.
- Check if the WiFi signal is strong enough. If the phone is too far from the recorder, the WiFi signal may be weak, causing connection issues.
- Too many surrounding WiFi signals can interfere with the recorder's connection.
- Real-time picture on mobile phone is stuck: This is usually related to the WiFi signal. A weak signal (e.g., due to distance from the recorder) or interference from too many other WiFi signals can cause the picture to lag or freeze.
- Slow preview speed in the album: If there are too many video files on the TF card, it may take longer to obtain file information. Regularly format TF cards to improve performance.
- Computer cannot play video recordings smoothly: The product uses H.264 compression in .mov or .mp4 format. Some built-in players (like Windows Media Player) may not fully support H.264 or experience issues. It is recommended to download professional playback software (e.g., PotPlayer).

8. User Tips
- Optional Accessories: The E-ACE B53P dash camera offers optional accessories, such as a rear camera and hardwire kit, which can be purchased separately to enhance functionality.
- TF Card Quality: Always use a high-quality Class 10 Micro SD card (32GB to 128GB) for reliable recording, especially for 4K video. Lower quality cards may lead to recording errors or device malfunction.
- Regular Formatting: To maintain optimal performance and prevent file corruption, it is recommended to regularly format your TF card through the dashcam's settings.
- Parking Monitoring: For 24-hour parking monitoring, a three-core hardwire kit (buck line) is essential. Ensure it is correctly installed to avoid draining your car battery.
- Rear Camera Wiring: If you opt for a rear camera and desire the auto-reversing parking assist function, ensure the rear camera's red cable is correctly wired to your car's reverse lamp positive pole.
