5. Setup Instructions
5.1 CPU Installation
- Locate the LGA1700 CPU socket on the motherboard.
- Open the CPU socket lever and lift the load plate.
- Carefully align the CPU with the socket, ensuring the triangular mark on the CPU matches the mark on the socket. Do not force the CPU into place.
- Lower the load plate and secure it with the lever.
- Apply thermal paste to the CPU and install the CPU cooler. Note: Only LGA1700 compatible radiators are supported. LGA15XX radiators are not compatible.
5.2 Memory (RAM) Installation
- Locate the dual DDR4 memory slots.
- Open the clips at both ends of the memory slot.
- Align the notch on the DDR4 memory module with the key in the slot.
- Press down firmly on both ends of the memory module until the clips snap into place.
- For dual-channel performance, install memory modules in matching slots as indicated in the motherboard manual (refer to the silkscreen on the motherboard).
5.3 M.2 SSD Installation
- Locate the M.2 slot on the motherboard.
- Insert the M.2 SSD into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
