4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the curing box and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Turntable Installation: For first-time use, install the transparent turntable inside the curing box. Place it securely on the central rotating mechanism.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the power adapter into the designated port at the back of the curing box. Connect the other end to a suitable power outlet. The indicator light on the front panel will illuminate, indicating power is applied.

5. Operation Guide

  1. Power On: Short press the main control button (usually a rotary knob) on the front panel to turn on the device. The display will show a default time, e.g., "15:00".
  2. Place Model: Open the front door and carefully place your 3D resin model in the center of the turntable. Close the door securely.
  3. Select Mode: Long press the main control button to cycle through the available modes:
    • Mode 1 (DR light on): Air drying only.
    • Mode 2 (UV light on): UV curing only.
    • Mode 3 (DR+UV light on): Air drying and UV curing simultaneously (default mode).
  4. Adjust Duration: Once a mode is selected, rotate the main control button to adjust the desired operation duration. The time can typically be set from 1 to 99 minutes.
  5. Start Operation: Short press the main control button again to start the selected process. The timer will begin counting down.
  6. Adjust Wind Speed (Air Drying Mode): If you are in Mode 1 (Air drying only) or Mode 3 (Air drying + Curing), you can adjust the wind speed by rotating the main control button during operation. Options typically include Low, Medium, and High.
  7. Checking Drying Status: During air drying mode, you can open the door to check the model's drying status at any time.
  8. Important Safety Note: Do NOT open the door during UV curing mode operation to avoid exposure to UV light.
  9. Completion: The device will automatically stop once the set time has elapsed.

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the interior of the curing box and the turntable. The turntable is removable for easier cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth. For resin residue, use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.
  • UV Lamp Care: Ensure the UV lamps are free from dust or resin splashes to maintain optimal curing performance. Do not touch the UV lamps directly.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the curing box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Power Disconnection: Always unplug the device from the power source before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
