3.1 Monitor Ports Overview

3.3.1 Type-C Connection (Full-featured USB-C)
For devices supporting Thunderbolt 3 or USB 3.1 (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), a single Type-C to Type-C cable can transmit video, audio, and power.

3.3.2 Mini HDMI Connection
Use the provided Mini HDMI to HDMI cable to connect the monitor to devices with an HDMI output, such as desktop computers, game consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Switch), and other media players.

3.4 VESA Mounting

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your monitor, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Screen Signal is Poor or Flickers:
- Ensure you are using the provided PD 30W Power Adapter. Other adapters may provide insufficient voltage.
- Try swapping the HDMI or Type-C cable to test if the cable is faulty.
- "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" Appears:
- If using a Type-C connection, try flipping the Type-C cable head and reconnecting it to the monitor.
- Verify that your PC/Laptop's Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission (Thunderbolt 3 or DisplayPort Alternate Mode). If not, use a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter or the Mini HDMI connection.
- Ensure the external power adapter is connected to the monitor.
- Monitor Turns Off Unexpectedly:
- The monitor may enter a default power-saving mode. Manually turn it off if you do not wish for it to enter this mode.
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and providing stable power.
- No Touchscreen Functionality:
