  • Sterilization: Ensure proper sterilization procedures are followed for all parts that come into contact with skin or ink, according to industry standards.
  • Storage: Store the machine in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: Avoid over-discharging or over-charging the battery. Do not use fast charging/super fast charging adapters, as this may damage the battery.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Battery-Related Issues

  • Machine Shuts Down Unexpectedly: The battery circuitry protects against extreme temperature, over-discharge, and over-charge. If the machine becomes overloaded or its operating temperature exceeds 158°F (70°C), the battery pack will shut down. It will resume normal operation once the temperature returns to 152°F (67°C). This can occur in situations with extremely high torque, binding, or stalling.
  • Charging Problems: Ensure you are using the provided Type-C charging cable and a standard power adapter. Avoid fast charging/super fast charging, as this can damage the battery.

5.2 General Operation Issues

  • Machine Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button for at least two seconds to turn it on.
  • Voltage Not Adjusting: Check if the buttons are functioning correctly. If the machine is in push mode, it will return to normal voltage after 1 second.
