  • Battery Care:
    • Charge the battery using only the original USB charging cable.
    • Do not overcharge or over-discharge the battery.
    • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
    • If the drone will not be used for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% before storage.
  • Storage: Store the drone in its official convenient storage box to protect it from impacts and dust.

  • Wi-Fi connection issues:
    • Make sure the drone is powered on and within range of your smartphone.
    • Restart both the drone and your smartphone.
    • Ensure no other devices are connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network.
    • If issues persist, try reinstalling the app.
  • Poor image/video quality:
    • Clean the camera lens.
    • Ensure adequate lighting conditions.
    • Check for strong Wi-Fi interference if streaming live video.
    • Verify that the app settings are configured for the highest resolution.
  • Obstacle avoidance not working:
    • Ensure the obstacle avoidance sensors are clean and unobstructed.
    • Remember that transparent surfaces (like glass) may not be detected.
