1. Introduction
Designed for alarm systems and emergencies, the Staniot Acoustic Strobe Siren features two ultra-loud buzzers and a stylish design, aiming to enhance home security. It offers optional solar panel charging, wireless and wired connection capabilities, and user-friendly features. Once triggered, it emits a loud alarm and strobe lights to deter intruders.
This LoRa version siren is designed to work exclusively with the Staniot Secpanel 7 Pro alarm host. It is not compatible with Staniot Secpanel 7, Secpanel 5, Secpanel 3, or other 433MHz alarm hosts.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Physical Installation
- Prepare the Mounting Location: Choose a suitable indoor or outdoor location. Ensure the surface is clean and stable.
- Attach Waterproof Pad and Cover: If installing outdoors, ensure the waterproof pad and cover are correctly installed to protect the internal components.
- Mount the Hanging Plate: Fix the hanging plate securely to the wall using the provided screws. Follow the recommended screw order (1-4) for optimal stability.
- Hang the Siren: Carefully hang the siren onto the fixed hanging plate.

4.2 Power Connection
- Connect the siren to an external power supply (DC 6V~15V 1A).
- Turn the battery switch to ON.
- If using the optional solar panel, connect it to the Solar Charging Interface (5V 1A).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pairing with Alarm System (Secpanel 7 Pro)
- Ensure the siren is powered on and the battery switch is ON.
- Press and hold the ⚙ Setting Button for 2 seconds. All lights on the siren will illuminate, indicating it is ready for pairing.
- On your Staniot Secpanel 7 Pro alarm host, trigger the alarm host to send a pairing signal.
- The siren will emit a long beep after receiving the signal, and the warning light will stay on for 1 second, confirming successful pairing.
Notice: Up to 10 alarm hosts can be paired with one siren.

5.2 Resetting the Siren
To reset the siren, power it on and then long press the ♫ Volume + ⚙ Setting buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds (within 10 seconds after power on). The siren will restart, and the reset will be successful.
5.3 Anti-dismantling Alarm
The siren is equipped with a tamper switch. If the tamper switch is pressed and released after 10 seconds, or if the siren is removed from its mounted position on the wall, an alarm will sound.
5.4 Siren & Warning Light Status Indicators
- Away Arm: The siren beeps 3 times, and the left and right LED lights are on.
- Home Arm: The siren beeps 3 times, and the middle LED lights are on.
- Disarm: The siren beeps 1 time, and all LED lights turn off.
- Alarm: The warning light keeps flashing.
5.5 Low Battery Status
When the battery is low, the siren will beep once every minute, and the warning light will flash once.
5.6 Wired Connection (NC/NO Input/Output)
- NC/NO Input: If the siren is armed and the wired zone is triggered, the siren will sound the alarm. If the wired zone is triggered while disarmed, the siren will not sound.
- NC/NO Output (Optional): After the siren alarms, a corresponding interface device connected via wired output will be triggered.

Warm notice: The touch buttons will automatically lock after 1 minute of inactivity, ensuring low power consumption and preventing accidental touches during daily use.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the siren's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Check: Regularly monitor the low battery status indicator. Recharge or replace the battery as needed to ensure continuous operation.
- Waterproof Integrity: Periodically inspect the waterproof seals and cover, especially if installed outdoors, to ensure they are intact and free from damage.
- Solar Panel (if applicable): Keep the solar panel clean and free from obstructions (e.g., dirt, leaves) to maximize charging efficiency.
7. Troubleshooting
- Siren not pairing:
- Ensure the siren is powered on and the battery switch is ON.
- Verify that you are pressing the Setting Button for the correct duration (2 seconds).
- Make sure the alarm host is sending the pairing signal correctly.
- Check if the siren is within the effective transmission range (up to 500m in open space) of the alarm host.
- If pairing fails multiple times, try resetting the siren (see section 5.2) and attempt pairing again.
- Siren not alarming:
- Check if the siren is properly paired with the alarm host.
- Ensure the alarm host is in an armed state when expecting an alarm.
- Verify the battery level of the siren.
- If using wired input, ensure the wired zone is correctly connected and configured.
- Alarm is too loud/quiet:
- Adjust the siren volume using the Volume Button (short press) as described in section 5.7.
- Siren beeps intermittently (low battery):
- Charge the siren using the external power supply or ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight.

Note: A 433MHz version also exists with a receiving distance of 100 meters (open space) and wireless parameters of 433MHz, ev1527. Ensure you have the correct LoRa version for compatibility with Secpanel 7 Pro.
9. User Tips
- Volume Adjustment: Consider setting a lower decibel for indoor use to avoid startling family members, especially children or the elderly, and reserving the maximum 120dB for outdoor deterrence.
- Solar Panel Placement: If using the solar charging panel, ensure it is placed in an area that receives ample direct sunlight throughout the day for optimal charging.
- Compatibility Check: Always double-check that you have the LoRa version of the siren if you intend to use it with the Staniot Secpanel 7 Pro, as other versions are not compatible.
- Power Supply: The siren can be powered by battery or DC 6V-15V. For continuous operation, especially outdoors, using the external power supply or solar panel is recommended.
