2. Product Overview
The DEEPOWER H20 Pro Max is a versatile 20-inch fat tire folding electric bicycle designed for adults, featuring a powerful 2000W motor and a 48V 25AH battery. It is built for various terrains, offering both electric and pedal-assist modes for an enhanced riding experience.

3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unfolding the Bicycle
- Carefully remove the e-bike from its packaging.
- Locate the folding mechanism on the frame.
- Release the safety latch and unfold the frame until it locks into place.
- Adjust the handlebar and seat post to your preferred riding height, ensuring quick releases are securely fastened.
3.2 Battery Installation and Charging
The H20 Pro Max features a removable battery for convenient charging.
- To remove the battery, unlock the battery compartment (usually with a key) and slide the battery out.
- Connect the charger to the battery charging port, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The charger indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Once charged, slide the battery back into the frame compartment and lock it securely.

3.3 Pre-Ride Checks
- Tires: Ensure tires are inflated to the recommended pressure (check sidewall).
- Brakes: Test both front and rear brakes for proper function and responsiveness.
- Handlebars & Seat: Confirm they are securely tightened and at a comfortable height.
- Lights: Verify LED headlights and taillights are working.
- Battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely locked in place.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button on the intelligent control instrument to turn the e-bike on or off.
4.2 Riding Modes
The H20 Pro Max offers three riding modes:
- Manpower Model (Pedal Only): No electric assistance.
- Help Model (Pedal Assist): Provides 0-50% power output, assisting your pedaling effort.
- Pure Electric Model: Provides 0-99% power output, allowing throttle-only operation without pedaling.
Easily switch between modes by pressing the left button under the display panel.

4.3 Gear Shifting
The e-bike is equipped with a Shimano 7-speed derailleur system. Use the finger paddles on the handlebar to shift gears, allowing you to adapt to different terrains and inclines.

4.4 Braking System
The DEEPOWER H20 Pro Max features a high-performance hydraulic brake system on both front and rear wheels. Squeeze the brake levers gently to slow down and firmly for quick stops. The hydraulic system provides responsive and precise braking.

4.5 Intelligent Control Instrument
The high-definition LCD display provides real-time information:
- Current Speed (CUR)
- Gear Level (PAS)
- Battery Charge Level (Electric)
- Total Mileage (ODO)
- USB Charging Port (5V 2.1AH) for your phone.

4.6 LED Lighting
The e-bike is equipped with high-brightness LED headlights and taillights for improved visibility and safety, especially at night or in dim environments. The headlight has a light range of up to 20 meters. The taillight can be turned on while riding to ensure visibility to other road users.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Care
- Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its lifespan.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Use only the original charger provided with the e-bike.
5.2 Tire Care
The 20-inch fat tires are designed for all-terrain use and are puncture-proof. Regularly check tire pressure and inspect for any signs of wear or damage. Maintain proper inflation for optimal performance and to prevent flats.

5.3 Brake Maintenance
Periodically check the hydraulic brake system for fluid leaks or reduced performance. If you notice any issues, consult a qualified bicycle technician. Keep brake rotors and pads clean and free from oil or grease.
5.4 General Cleaning and Inspection
- Clean the e-bike regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.
- Inspect all bolts and fasteners for tightness.
- Lubricate the chain periodically to ensure smooth operation.
- Check the front and rear shock absorbers for proper function and any signs of damage.

6. Troubleshooting
- E-bike not powering on: Check if the battery is fully charged and securely installed. Ensure all connections are firm.
- Motor not assisting: Verify the riding mode is set to 'Help' or 'Pure Electric'. Check battery level.
- Brakes feel spongy: This may indicate air in the hydraulic lines or worn pads. Seek professional service.
- Unusual noises: Inspect the chain, gears, and motor for any obstructions or loose parts.
