2.1 Product Overview
The SUSWE SU-800/900 series VFD is a high-performance vector type frequency converter designed for various industrial applications. It features simple wiring, energy saving capabilities, and an IGBT module for enhanced performance.

2.3 Electrical Installation and Wiring

Key terminals include 10V-GND (power supply for external devices), 24V-COM (power supply for digital input/output), AI1-GND, AI2-GND (analog inputs), AO1-GND, AO2-GND (analog outputs), X1-COM to X4-COM (digital inputs), HDI-COM (high-speed pulse input), A+ B- (RS485 communication), Y1-COM (collector open circuit output), HDO-COM (high-speed pulse output), and K1A-K1B-K1C, K2A-K2B-K2C (electric relay terminals).
Signal Input Terminal Wiring Instruction: Analog voltage signals are susceptible to external interference. Use shielded cables, keep cable lengths under 20m, and consider adding filter wave electric capacitors or iron-oxygen magnetism where signals are seriously disturbed.

3.1 Operation Display Interface
The VFD features a user-friendly interface for monitoring and control. The front panel includes a display area, speed control knob, and various keys for programming and operation.

3.2 Detachable Smart Panel

5. Troubleshooting

7. Warranty and Support
7.1 Warranty Description
The frequency converter itself is covered by an 18-month warranty from the date of manufacture (subject to the bar code on the appearance) under normal use conditions. If failure or damage occurs within this period, the manufacturer will be responsible for the warranty.
A reasonable maintenance fee will be charged for issues occurring after 18 months or under the following conditions:
- Damage caused by the user's failure to comply with the provisions of this manual.
- Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, or abnormal voltage.
- Damage caused by applying frequency converters to abnormal functions.
Relevant service costs will be calculated according to the manufacturer's standard rates. If a contract exists, it will be handled according to the principle of contract priority.

- Motor Compatibility: When selecting a VFD, ensure its power rating (kW) and voltage (e.g., 220VCA or 380VCA) match your motor's specifications.
