6. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your solar power generation system. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.
- Connect Solar Panel to Charge Controller: Connect the solar panel's output cable to the designated solar panel input terminals on the solar charge controller. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
- Connect Battery to Charge Controller: Connect the battery to the battery terminals on the solar charge controller. Again, observe correct polarity. The controller should display battery voltage.
- Connect Inverter to Battery: Connect the power inverter directly to the battery using the provided battery clips. Connect the red clip to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the black clip to the negative (-) terminal. Securely tighten the connections.
- Connect DC Load (Optional): If you have a DC load, connect it to the load terminals on the solar charge controller.
- Power On: Once all connections are secure, turn on the power inverter using its ON/OFF switch.

9. Troubleshooting
- Inverter Red LED Lights On: If the red LED lights on the inverter illuminate, it indicates a protection status (low voltage, high voltage, over temperature, or over load). Turn off the inverter, identify the specific protection function triggered, and resolve the issue before restarting.
- Battery Level Bar Flashing: This indicates the battery is low on power and needs to be charged.
- No Power Output: Check all connections for proper seating and polarity. Ensure the battery is charged and the inverter is switched on. Verify that the connected device's power consumption does not exceed the inverter's rated power (500W).
