5. Setup and Installation

5.1. Horn Installation

  1. Fix a cable tie onto the bracket.
  2. Strap the cable tie tightly around your bicycle's handlebar or seat post.
  3. Cut off the rest of the excess cable tie.
  4. Insert the horn unit into the bracket.
  5. Tighten the screw to secure the horn.
  6. Installation complete.

5.2. Remote Control Installation

  1. Open the remote bracket pad.
  2. Attach the pad to the back of the remote control bracket.
  3. Insert a cable tie through the bracket.
  4. Fix the bracket on your bike's handlebar.
  5. Insert the remote control onto the bracket.
  6. Installation complete.

6.1. Arming and Disarming the Alarm

  • Arming: Press the "LOCK" button on the remote control. The device will emit a short beep, indicating it has entered the arming state. After 3 seconds, if vibration is detected, the alarm will give a warning sound ("BEEP-BEEP"). Continued touch will trigger the full alarm.
  • Disarming: Press the "UNLOCK" button on the remote control. The device will emit a "MI-RE-DO" sound, indicating it is disarmed.

6.2. Finding Your Bike (Panic Alarm)

If you need to locate your bike in a crowded area, press the "ALARM" button on the remote control. The device will emit a loud "biu-biu-biu" sound.

6.3. Electric Bell Function

Press the "BELL" button on the remote control to activate the electric bell. A short press will produce a short ringtone, while a long press will produce a long ringtone.

6.4. Vibration Sensitivity Setting

The alarm has 3 levels of shock sensation adjustment.

  1. Hold the "UNLOCK" button on the remote control until you hear a beep sound.
  2. Press the "LOCK" button to cycle through the 3 sensitivity levels (low, medium, high). Each press will indicate the current level with a corresponding number of beeps.
  3. Release the "UNLOCK" button to save the setting.

6.5. Volume Setting

The alarm has multiple volume levels.

  1. Hold the "UNLOCK" button on the remote control until you hear a beep sound.
  2. Press the "ALARM" button to cycle through the available volume levels. Each press will play the current volume.
  3. Release the "UNLOCK" button to save the setting.

6.6. Ringtone Setting

The electric bell has 5 kinds of ringtones to choose from.

  1. Hold the "UNLOCK" button on the remote control until you hear a beep sound.
  2. Press the "BELL" button to cycle through the 5 ringtones. Each press will play the next ringtone.
  3. Release the "UNLOCK" button to save the setting.

7. Charging

The main unit features a built-in 400mAh (3.7V) lithium battery and charges via a Type-C port. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the device and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). The LED power indicators will show the charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use for optimal battery life.

8. Maintenance
