1. Introduction

The V13 Wifi HD Electronic Eyepiece Camera is a versatile device designed to enhance your viewing experience with various telescopes. It features a 1.5-inch HD TFT display, FHD 1920x1080 video recording, and WiFi connectivity for saving images and videos to your mobile devices. 2. Package Contents

  • 1 x Electronic Eyepiece Camera (V13)
  • 1 x Data Cable (for charging and data transfer)

Note: TF card is not included and must be purchased separately.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Device

The V13 camera has a built-in 800 mAh aluminum battery. Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided data cable connected to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).

3.2 Inserting a TF Card

The device supports a maximum of 256GB TF card. Locate the TF card slot on the side of the camera. Gently insert the TF card with the contacts facing down until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted correctly to avoid damage.

3.3 Attaching to a Telescope

The V13 eyepiece camera is compatible with single-tube, dual-channel, astronomical, and other standard telescopes. It is designed to replace a standard eyepiece. Refer to your telescope's manual for specific instructions on eyepiece removal and attachment. The camera features a threaded base for secure attachment.

3.4 Connecting via WiFi (APP)

The V13 camera features WiFi connectivity to save videos and images to your mobile phone. Download the dedicated application (e.g., 'Viidure' as suggested by product imagery) from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect to the camera's WiFi network. The WiFi button on the device (see Figure 3) activates this feature.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with a power symbol) located on the top of the device to turn it on or off. The 1.5-inch display will illuminate upon power-on.

4.2 Using the Display

The 1.5-inch high-definition TFT (320x240) IPS display provides a real-time view from your telescope. Use the device's buttons to navigate menus and adjust settings as needed. The display offers a full-view experience.

4.3 Recording Videos and Capturing Images

The V13 camera supports FHD 1920x1080 video resolution. Specific buttons for recording and capturing images are typically located near the display. Press the designated button once to start/stop video recording or to take a still photo. Recorded content is saved to the inserted TF card.

4.4 Power Saving Function

The device supports a screen-off power saving function. By default, the screen will turn off after 1 minute of inactivity. This setting can usually be adjusted within the companion mobile application (APP).

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the camera body, use a soft, dry cloth. For the display and lens, use a microfiber cloth specifically designed for optics. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surfaces.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the V13 camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to remove the TF card if storing for extended periods.

5.3 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in active use, to maintain battery health.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Device does not power on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source using the data cable and try again.
  • No image on display: Check if the camera is properly attached to the telescope and if the telescope is focused. Ensure the device is powered on.
  • Cannot record video/take photos: Verify that a TF card is inserted and that it has sufficient free space. The TF card might also need to be formatted (refer to APP settings or device menu).
  • WiFi connection issues: Ensure the WiFi function on the camera is activated. Check your mobile device's WiFi settings and ensure it's connected to the camera's network. Restart both the camera and your mobile device.
  • Poor image quality: Ensure the telescope is properly focused. Clean the camera lens and display if necessary.
