4. Setup

4.1 Physical Placement

Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the device. The optimal projection distance is between 1 to 6 meters, allowing for a screen size of 30 to 150 inches.

4.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided power cable to the projector's power input.
  2. Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable electrical outlet.

4.3 Connecting Input Sources

The projector offers various input options:

  • HDMI: Connect your laptop, gaming console, or other HDMI-enabled devices using the HDMI cable. The projector has two HDMI ports.
  • USB: Insert a USB drive into the USB1 or USB2 port to play media files directly.
  • AV: Use the AV port for older devices.
  • Earphone Port: Connect external headphones or speakers.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn the device on or off.

5.2 Navigation and Input Selection

Use the remote control to navigate the Android 9.0 interface. Select the desired input source (HDMI, USB, AV, or internal Android apps) from the main menu.

5.3 Focus Adjustment

Achieve a clear image using the electric focus feature. Press the dedicated focus buttons on the remote control to adjust the sharpness of the projection.

5.4 Keystone Correction

If the projected image appears distorted (trapezoidal shape), use the keystone correction feature to adjust it. The projector supports positive and negative 15° trapezoidal correction to ensure a rectangular image even when placed at an angle.

5.5 Wireless Screen Projection

The projector supports wireless screen mirroring from mobile phones, computers, and laptops. You can choose between two modes:

  • Same Screen: Synchronizes playback with your device's screen, mirroring everything your device displays.
  • Projection Screen: Allows you to cast designated video content to the projector while using your device for other tasks.

5.6 Bluetooth Connectivity

Enhance your audio experience by connecting Bluetooth devices such as speakers, headsets, or headphones to the projector.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Lens

Gently wipe the projector lens with a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or excessive force.

6.2 Cleaning the Vents

Regularly clean the projector's ventilation openings to prevent dust buildup, which can lead to overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust.

6.3 Storage

When not in use, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the original packaging or a protective case to prevent dust and damage.

7. Troubleshooting

Q: The projector does not power on.
A: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the projector and a working electrical outlet. Try a different outlet or power cable if available.
Q: There is no image projected.
A: Check that the correct input source is selected. Verify that all video cables (e.g., HDMI) are properly connected. Adjust the focus using the remote control.
Q: The image is distorted or not rectangular.
A: Use the keystone correction feature to adjust the image geometry. Refer to section 5.4 for instructions.
Q: There is no sound.
A: Check the volume level on both the projector and the connected source device. If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on. Verify Bluetooth audio connection if applicable.
Q: Wireless projection is not working.
A: Ensure both the projector and your device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Check the wireless projection settings on both devices and ensure they are compatible.

  • For the best viewing experience, operate the projector in a dimly lit or dark room.
  • Consider using external Bluetooth speakers for enhanced audio quality, especially in larger rooms.
  • Keep the projector's firmware updated to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features.
