5.5 Audio Output Options
The DVR offers four ways to output audio:
- Bluetooth Audio: After connecting Android Auto or CarPlay, you can connect your car's Bluetooth to the DVR to listen to music directly through your car's speakers.
- FM Transmitter: The built-in dual-channel FM transmitter allows you to connect to your original car audio system. Adjust your car radio to a blank FM station, then set the DVR's FM transmitter to the same frequency.
- AUX Audio Output: Connect the provided AUX cable from the DVR's "audio" port to your car's AUX-IN port. Select AUX playback on your car radio to enjoy high-fidelity audio.
- Native Audio: The DVR has its own speaker for direct audio output.

5.7 GPS Navigation
In CarPlay or Android Auto mode, the DVR can utilize your phone's GPS navigation capabilities. 5.8 Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)
Certain models (H686Pro, HT686Pro) are equipped with ADAS features:
- Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS): Alerts you if your vehicle deviates from its lane. If using a GPS active antenna, this warning triggers only if your speed is above 50 KM/h. Without a GPS antenna, it triggers upon lane departure regardless of speed.
- Forward Collision Warning (FCW): Provides an alert if you are at risk of a collision with the vehicle in front.

ADAS features: Forward Collision Warning and Lane Departure Warning System.
5.9 24-Hour Parking Monitoring (Optional)
To enable 24-hour parking monitoring, an optional hardwire kit (buck line) must be purchased separately and connected to your vehicle's battery. This provides constant power to the dash cam, allowing it to record even when the ignition is off, offering protection against incidents while parked.

- G-Sensor: Automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions and locks the current footage to prevent it from being overwritten.
- Night Vision: Enhances recording clarity in low-light conditions.
- Emergency Recording: Manually trigger recording of important events.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and lens. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Memory Card: Regularly format your memory card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up important footage before formatting.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website periodically for firmware updates to ensure your device has the latest features and bug fixes.
- Lithium Capacitor: The device uses a lithium capacitor instead of a traditional battery, offering better temperature resistance and enhanced safety for long-term, stable use.

7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Common Issues & Solutions
- Q: Is this device suitable for my car?
- A: This is a 6.86" universal car radio designed to be fixed on the center console. It is compatible with most vehicles.
- Q: Why is Android Auto connection experiencing exceptions?
- A:
- Confirm your phone is Android version 8.0 or above and has the latest Android Auto app.
- If Android Auto was previously connected to other vehicles, delete relevant information from the app settings.
- Ensure Google, Google Maps, and Speech Services by Google apps are updated to their latest versions.
- Q: Why is the ADAS broadcast inaccurate or frequent?
- A:
- Ensure ADAS is accurately calibrated. Refer to the ADAS calibration instructions (often provided via video).
- Verify the GPS antenna is properly installed and positioned on the windshield to ensure optimal signal reception, away from the main unit.
- Q: Why is the machine getting hot?
- A: This device uses powerful chips, leading to higher power consumption. The heat dissipation holes on the back panel are designed to manage this. Heating is a normal heat dissipation phenomenon during operation.
- Q: Why can't Android Auto answer calls through car Bluetooth?
- A: Check your mobile phone's app permissions for Android Auto and ensure that phone call permissions are not blocked.
