3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Charging the Power Bank
The power bank supports three input interfaces for recharging:
- Micro USB Input Port
- Lightning Input Port
- Type-C Input Port
For fastest recharging, use a 65W adapter with the Type-C input. A full recharge with a 65W adapter takes approximately 1.5 hours. Using an 18W adapter will take approximately 10.1 hours.
Note: The cable provided with the power bank does not support fast charging. To utilize fast charging capabilities, please use your own fast-charging compatible cable and adapter.
3.2 Charging External Devices
The power bank features three output ports to charge your devices:
- Dual USB Output Ports
- USB-C Output Port
All three output ports are fast charging compatible. You can charge up to three devices simultaneously.

4. Maintenance
- Keep the power bank away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- If the power bank will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50-70% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge it every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
5. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging: Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the device. Verify that the cable is not damaged.
- Slow charging: Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and adapter for both recharging the power bank and charging your devices. Some devices or cables may not support the maximum 65W output.
- Power bank not recharging: Check the charging cable and adapter. Ensure the power source is active. If the power bank has been completely depleted for a long time, it might take a few minutes for the charging indicator to appear.
- Inaccurate battery display: The product data measured under non-laboratory conditions can be affected by environmental temperature, tester resistance, and voltage. If measured data does not match laboratory data, it is not considered a product issue.

7. User Tips
- For optimal battery life and performance, always perform the initial activation steps (full charge, full discharge, repeat 2-3 times) when you first receive the power bank.
- To achieve the advertised fast charging speeds (e.g., 65W for laptops), ensure that both your charging cable and the wall adapter are compatible with the required wattage and fast charging protocols. The included cable may not support fast charging.
- When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the fast charging mode may not be active for all ports. For critical fast charging, charge one device at a time.
- The digital display provides real-time information on current, voltage, and battery level, which can help you monitor the charging process effectively.
