- Mode Selection: The yellow indicator light (4) indicates the welding mode. Left lamp for Automatic Mode (A) and Right lamp for Manual Mode (M). Select the appropriate mode based on your welding needs.
- Fine-Tuning Parameters: In 'Settings' or specific modes, you can fine-tune parameters such as Preheat (1-10ms), Trigger Time (0.5-5s), Pause (1-20ms), and Stitch Welding (1-2) to achieve optimal welding results for different materials and thicknesses.

5.3 Welding Process
- Prepare the Workpiece: Ensure the surfaces to be welded are clean. Use the provided sandpaper if necessary.
- Position the Battery: Place the battery on the Maintenance Platform (3). For mobile phone batteries, utilize the Fixed Magnet (7) and Spot Welder Holder (6) for non-destructive strong magnetic fixation.
- Select Mode and Gear: Choose the appropriate mode (Manual/Automatic) and adjust the gear setting based on the material and thickness. For nickel plating, steel, and iron sheets, the maximum welding thickness is 0.3mm. For pure nickel sheets, it is 0.2mm.
- Perform Welding:
- Manual Mode: Position the welding pen's tip on the desired spot. Press the Manual Spot Welding Button on the pen to trigger the weld.
- Automatic Mode: Position the welding pen's tip on the desired spot. The device will automatically detect contact and trigger the weld after a set delay.
- Inspect Weld: After welding, inspect the joint to ensure it is firm and smooth.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Poor welding effect | No copper bar diversion, incorrect settings, dirty welding tips, or low battery. | Ensure proper copper bar diversion (Figure 4). Adjust gear and fine-tune parameters (Preheat, Trigger Time, Pause, Stitch Welding). Clean welding tips. Charge the device. |
| Device not powering on | Low battery or power button not pressed correctly. | Charge the device fully. Press and hold the Power ON/OFF Key (1) firmly. |
| Welding pen not triggering | Loose connection, faulty pen, or incorrect mode. | Check welding pen connection to Output Port (8). Ensure the pen's manual button is functioning or that Automatic Mode is correctly engaged. |
| Device lagging or slow response | Internal issue or excessive use. | The metal suspension guide rail is designed for long lifespan without lagging. If issues persist, contact support. |
| Overheat/Overcharge/Overdischarge protection activated | Operating outside safe temperature/charge limits. | Allow the device to cool down. Ensure proper charging practices. The device has built-in Grade 9A security protection to prevent damage. |
