4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Assembling the Boom Stand

  1. Attach the clamp base to a sturdy workbench or table edge. Tighten the screw to secure it.
  2. Insert the vertical pole of the boom stand into the clamp base.
  3. Attach the articulated arm to the vertical pole, ensuring all joints are securely fastened.
  4. Mount the microscope camera onto the adjustable head of the boom stand.

4.2 Attaching the Lens and LED Ring Light

  1. Carefully screw the 1X-150X Zoom C-mount Lens onto the camera body.
  2. Attach the 56 bright black LED ring light around the lens. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. Connect the LED ring light power cable to a suitable power source.

4.3 Connecting to a Display/Computer

  1. HDMI Connection: Connect the microscope camera to an HDMI monitor using the provided HDMI cable.

  3. VGA Connection (for 13MP VGA model): Connect the microscope camera to a VGA monitor using a VGA cable (not always included, check packing list).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Power On/Off: Press the "ON/OFF" button on the camera or remote control to power on/off the device.
  2. Adjusting Focus: Rotate the focus ring on the 1X-150X C-mount lens to achieve a clear image.
  3. Adjusting Magnification: Rotate the zoom ring on the lens to change the magnification. The magnification power is approximately 0.15-2X (1-150X on display).
  4. Adjusting LED Light: Use the intensity control knob on the LED ring light to adjust brightness.
  5. Positioning the Microscope: Adjust the boom stand arms and camera head to position the microscope over your desired object.
