Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Keycaps: Use the keycap puller to remove keycaps. Clean them with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Keyboard Body: Wipe the keyboard surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
- Between Keys: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys.
2. Storage
When not in use, store the keyboard in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Check the connection mode switch. For wired, ensure the cable is securely connected. For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is plugged in and the keyboard is in 2.4G mode. For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired and in BT mode. Check battery level.
- Keys not registering: If a specific key is not working, try hot-swapping the switch with a known working one to determine if the issue is with the switch or the keyboard PCB.
- RGB lights not working/changing: Ensure the keyboard is powered on. Try cycling through RGB modes using the function key combinations.
- Wireless connectivity issues: Ensure the keyboard is within range of the receiver/device. Avoid interference from other wireless devices.
