4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
- Before first use, fully charge the G4 unit.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the G4 unit.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator light will show charging status (refer to device for specific light patterns). A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours.
4.2 Installing on Helmet
The G4 can be mounted using either the adhesive mount or the clamp mount, depending on your helmet type and preference.
- Choose Mounting Location: Select a flat, suitable area on the side of your helmet, preferably on the left side for easier access to controls.
- Attach Headset: Insert the speakers into the helmet's ear pockets and route the microphone to a position near your mouth. Secure the wires within the helmet padding.
- Mount the G4 Unit:
- Adhesive Mount: Clean the helmet surface thoroughly. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad on the mount and firmly press it onto the chosen location. Hold for 30 seconds.
- Clamp Mount: Slide the clamp between the helmet shell and the inner padding. Tighten the screws to secure the clamp firmly to the helmet edge.
- Slide the G4 main unit onto the installed mount until it clicks securely into place.
4.3 Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the main control dial for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a power-on tone and the indicator light illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the main control dial for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a power-off tone and the indicator light turns off.
4.4 Bluetooth Pairing (Phone)
- Ensure the G4 is powered off.
- Press and hold the main control dial for about 7 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly (usually blue and red), indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "TNICER G4" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will change to a slow blue flash.
4.5 Intercom Pairing (Two Units)
- Ensure both G4 units are powered off.
- On both units, press and hold the main control dial for about 7 seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly (blue and red), indicating pairing mode.
- Briefly press the main control dial on one of the units. It will search for the other unit.
- Once connected, both units will show a slow blue flash, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

4.6 WiFi Connection for Camera App
- Download the "GoTrack" app from your smartphone's app store.
- Power on the G4 unit.
- Activate the camera's WiFi mode (refer to the specific button combination in the full manual, typically a short press of a dedicated WiFi button or a combination of main buttons).
- On your smartphone, go to WiFi settings and connect to the G4's WiFi network (e.g., "G4_XXXX").
- Open the GoTrack app to view live camera feed, manage recordings, and adjust settings.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Intercom Function
- Start Intercom: After successful intercom pairing, a short press of the intercom button (or main control dial, depending on model variant) will initiate intercom communication.
- End Intercom: Another short press of the same button will end the intercom session.
- Range: Enjoy stable communication up to 600 meters in open terrain.
5.2 Music Playback and Sharing
- Play/Pause Music: Once paired with your phone, a short press of the main control dial will play or pause music.
- Next/Previous Track: Rotate the control dial clockwise for the next track, counter-clockwise for the previous track.
- Volume Adjustment: Press the volume up/down buttons (or rotate the dial while holding a specific button) to adjust volume.
- Music Sharing: While music is playing, activate music sharing (refer to specific button combination in the full manual) to share your audio with a paired G4 unit within 30 meters.
