Setup and Installation
The Luvin G8 headset is designed for easy and convenient installation on various helmet types.
- Choose Mounting Method: Decide between the clip-on base or the flat back clip, depending on your helmet's design and your preference.
- Attach Base: Securely attach the chosen base to the side of your helmet. Ensure it is firm and will not move during riding.
- Install Speakers & Microphone:
- Place the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets, ensuring they are aligned with your ears for optimal sound.
- Position the microphone. The G8 comes with either a Hardmic or Softmic.
- Hardmic: Ideal for open-face, half, or retro helmets where the microphone can be rigidly positioned close to your mouth.
- Softmic: Suitable for full-face helmets where a flexible microphone can be routed and positioned.
- Mount G8 Device: Slide the G8 device onto the installed base until it clicks securely into place.
