  2. Are the input and output speaker wires grounded?
  3. The positive terminal and ACC wire should have a voltage of 12V. The ground wire should be connected correctly and securely.
  4. Is the wire harness fuse blown?
  5. Please make sure that the input mode is selected correctly.
  6. Restore factory settings and update the system.

  1. Check the main DSP switch and make sure it's turned to the "ON" position.
