4. Maintenance

4.1. Cleaning

To maintain your keyboard's performance and appearance:

  • Disconnect the keyboard from your device before cleaning.
  • Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps.
  • For stubborn dirt, gently remove keycaps using a keycap puller (if provided) and clean the switches and plate with a damp cloth or cotton swab.
  • Wipe the keycaps and keyboard body with a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid excessive moisture.

4.2. Switch Replacement

Thanks to the hot-swappable design, you can easily replace individual switches:

  1. Power off the keyboard and disconnect it.
  2. Use a switch puller tool to carefully grip and pull out the desired switch.
  3. Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB.
  4. Gently push the new switch into place until it clicks. Ensure it is seated firmly and evenly.
  5. Test the new switch after reassembling.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1. Connection Issues

  • Keyboard not connecting (Wired/2.4G/Bluetooth): Ensure the keyboard is powered on and fully charged. For wired, check the Type-C cable connection. For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is securely plugged in and try a different USB port. For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode (FN+1/2/3). Try restarting both the keyboard and your device.
  • Intermittent connection: Check for interference from other wireless devices. Ensure the keyboard is within range of the receiver/Bluetooth device.

5.2. Lighting Issues

  • RGB lights not working: Ensure the keyboard is powered on. Check if the lighting is turned off or set to a very low brightness level using the FN key combinations.
  • Incorrect lighting effects: Cycle through different lighting modes using the FN key combinations.

5.3. Key Responsiveness

  • Keys not responding: If a specific key is not working, try hot-swapping the switch for that key with a known working switch to determine if the issue is with the switch or the keyboard PCB.
  • Keys double-typing or sticking: This could be a switch issue. Try cleaning the switch or replacing it.
