7. Troubleshooting
- **No Power:**
- Ensure the POE charger is properly connected to a power outlet and the network cable is securely connected to both the router and the POE charger.
- Verify the power outlet is functional.
- **No Internet Connection:**
- Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and active.
- Verify cellular signal strength via the RF Signal LED. If weak, try repositioning the router.
- Log into the web portal (
192.168.100.1) and check the network status and APN settings. - Ensure your ISP plan supports the 4G/5G bands used by the router.
- **Slow Wi-Fi Speed:**
- Check the cellular signal strength.
- Ensure your connected devices support WiFi 6 (802.11ax) for optimal performance.
- Reduce the distance between your devices and the router, or consider using mesh technology for wider coverage.
- Limit the number of connected devices if performance degrades significantly.
- **Cannot Access Web Portal:**
- Ensure your device is connected to the router's Wi-Fi or directly via Ethernet.
- Verify you are using the correct IP address (
192.168.100.1) and login credentials (default: admin/admin). - Try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser.
- Perform a factory reset if you have forgotten the login credentials or if the interface is unresponsive.
