Common Fault Handling
- Device cannot be turned on after ACC power is on: Check if the line connection is normal.

- Both front and rear cameras are not displayed: Check if the camera cable connection is normal.
- Recording is not clear: Check the lens for dust and wipe it clean.
- Bluetooth cannot connect: Verify the Bluetooth password is correct when pairing the host and phone.
- Bluetooth earphones cannot be connected: Check compatibility between the host and earphones. If the host cannot find the earphones or there's incompatibility, try connecting multiple times or replacing the earphones.
- Unable to replay recorded videos or photos in the app: Check if the TF-SD card is damaged.
- Electromagnetic interference (stripes on screen/recorded video): Check camera wiring and bundling. Ensure wiring is smooth, non-folded, with sufficient margin, and not too tight or squeezed by the car shell.
7. User Tips
- CarPlay/Android Auto Connection: For wireless connection, first pair your phone with the host screen via Bluetooth. Confirm use on your phone. CarPlay connects automatically for iPhone after initial pairing. Android phones require a tap on the screen to confirm Android Auto. Keep your phone's Bluetooth and WiFi on. USB connection is also an option.
- Bluetooth Helmet Setup: Pair your phone to the unit via Bluetooth 1 (BT) for CarPlay/Android Auto. Then, pair the unit to your Bluetooth helmet/earphone via Bluetooth 2 (BT Ear). This allows for music, GPS navigation voice prompts, and hands-free calls through your helmet/earphone. If using a Bluetooth helmet, go to Settings > System > Device MIC > OFF.
- Waterproof Rating: The device is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand immersion in 0.15-1 meters of water for 30 minutes without affecting performance. This allows for use in rainy conditions.
- Time Synchronization: The device does not have a built-in power module. After a reset, the date and time may not match. However, once CarPlay is automatically connected, it will synchronize the time from your iPhone.
- Audio: The unit has a built-in microphone and speaker.
- Simultaneous Use: CarPlay and Android Auto cannot be used at the same time.
- App Installation: The monitor does not run on an Android system and does not support downloading APK files. Its WiFi function is solely for connecting CarPlay or Android Auto and transferring data with your phone to ensure a stable, automatic connection.
- Compatibility: Wireless CarPlay is supported on iPhone 6 and above. Wireless Android Auto requires Android cellphones with 5G WiFi functionality.
