  • P- (Power Negative): Connects to the negative terminal of your load (e.g., motor, inverter) and charger.
  • B+ (Battery Positive): Connects to the total positive terminal of your battery pack.
  • Balance Wires (B1-B24): Connect these wires to the positive terminals of each individual battery cell, starting from B1 (first cell positive) up to B24 (last cell positive). Ensure correct sequence.

  1. Connect the main negative cable (B-) from the BMS to the total negative terminal of your battery pack.
  2. Connect the main positive cable (B+) from the BMS to the total positive terminal of your battery pack.
  3. Connect the balance wires (B1, B2, ..., Bx) from the BMS to the positive terminal of each corresponding cell in sequence. Start with B1 for the first cell's positive, B2 for the second cell's positive, and so on, up to the last cell.
  4. Connect the NTC temperature sensors to the battery pack, typically placed between cells to monitor temperature variations. Plug the NTC cable into the designated port on the BMS.
  5. Connect the load (e.g., motor, inverter) and charger to the P- and P+ terminals of the BMS. P- is the discharge/charge negative, and P+ is the discharge/charge positive (which is typically the same as B+ in a common port BMS).
  6. If using, connect the soft switch, display, or communication modules (RS485/CAN) to their respective ports on the BMS.
