Product Overview

Setup

Charging the Device

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the main body of the neck light.
2. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a 5V 1A charger (not included).
4. The charging indicator light will be red while charging.
5. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours. The indicator light will turn off when fully charged.
6. The light will automatically turn off and enter the charging state when charging.

Adjusting Brightness

• Short press the switch button to cycle through brightness levels.
• The sequence is: 100% brightness > 75% brightness > 50% brightness > 25% brightness > Off.
• The light starts in the brightest mode when first turned on.

Adjusting Color Temperature

• Long press the switch button to adjust the color temperature.
• The available color temperatures are Warm White (2700K), Neutral (4000K), and Cool White (6500K).

Maintenance

To ensure safe and efficient use of your Yeelight LED Neck Book Light, please clean and check it regularly (recommended once every six months).

1. Before cleaning, always cut off the power supply.
2. Use a soft cloth soaked in soapy water, wring it out thoroughly, and then wipe the lamp.
3. After cleaning with soapy water, wipe the lamp with a dry cloth.
4. Do not use other cleaning reagents, as this may cause the lamp to change color or become damaged.

Troubleshooting

• Light not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable and check if the charging indicator lights up.
• Light not holding charge: Ensure you are using a 5V 1A charger. If the issue persists, the battery may need servicing.
• Light flickers or dims unexpectedly: This may indicate a low battery. Recharge the device. If the problem continues, discontinue use and contact support.

User Tips

• Utilize the flexible arms to position the light precisely where you need it, minimizing glare and maximizing comfort.
• Experiment with different color temperatures (Warm, Neutral, Cool) to find the most comfortable setting for your eyes, especially during prolonged reading sessions.
• The individual light head control allows you to dim one side if you are sharing a space and want to avoid disturbing others.
• For optimal battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Charge it when the indicator shows low power.

Safety Warnings and Precautions

Warning: To prevent accidents such as damage, falls, electric shock, fire, and other threats to personal safety, please install and use this product in strict accordance with these instructions. Do not modify the lamps or replace parts by yourself.

1. Do not use a power supply that exceeds the rated voltage range (DC 5V/1A). Prolonged use outside this range may damage the lamp.
2. Do not use the lamp in high-temperature environments or humid places. Avoid installing it above objects such as stoves, gas appliances, and exhaust pipes to prevent damage.
3. This device cannot be connected in series with other electrical appliances and cannot be used in parallel with dimmers.
4. If the lamp requires inspection or repair, please entrust the operation to qualified electrical professionals. Non-professional handling is dangerous.
5. If the lamp exhibits abnormal behavior, quickly cut off the power supply and contact the sales store.
6. If the external cord of this lamp is damaged, it must be replaced with a cord specifically provided by the manufacturer or its service agent.
7. When the lamp is working, do not look directly at the LED light source to prevent damage to your eyesight.
8. If the lamp is not used for a long time, charge it at least once every 20 days to maintain battery health.
9. The light source of this lamp is not replaceable. When the light source can no longer be used, the entire neck book light needs to be replaced.
