The Asia-Teco SN-503 is a versatile smart lock fingerprint keypad module designed for renovating old door locks and standalone access control systems. This module is powered by a Telink (TLSR8251) Bluetooth chip, supporting low-power Bluetooth (BLE5.0) for seamless mobile app management.

2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Component Overview

The SN-503 module set typically includes:
- Main control board (SN-503-14-1)
- Smaller relay/wiring port board

2.2 Wiring Diagram

2.3 App Installation
The SN-503 module supports various mobile applications for management, including "Sciener", "TTLock", and "TTRENTING".

- Install the app on your Android (4.3 and above) or iOS (7.0 and above) mobile phone.
- Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and pair your SN-503 module via Bluetooth.
3. Operating Instructions
The SN-503 module offers multiple convenient ways to unlock your door.
3.1 Mobile Bluetooth Unlocking
Based on low-power Bluetooth technology, you can easily unlock the door using the mobile app.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
- Open the paired smart lock app (e.g., TTLock).
- Within the app, select the lock and tap the unlock icon.

3.2 Remote Distribution of Electronic Keys (eKeys)
Electronic keys can be sent to tenants or authorized users at any time. The validity period for each eKey can be flexibly set (start time and end time), and eKeys can also be frozen or thawed as needed.
- In the app, navigate to the eKey management section.
- Generate a new eKey and specify its validity period.
- Share the eKey with the recipient via the app's sharing options.

3.3 Password Unlocking
Locks can be unlocked by touching the numeric keypad and entering a password that is valid for a certain period of time.
- Touch the keypad to activate it.
- Enter your valid password.
- Press the '#' key (or equivalent) to confirm.

3.4 Fingerprint Unlocking
You can use registered fingerprints to open the door.
- Place your registered finger on the semiconductor fingerprint sensor.
- The lock will verify your fingerprint and unlock if authorized.

3.5 IC Card Unlocking
The module supports Mi-fare one M cards for unlocking.
- Present a registered IC card to the card reader area on the module.
- The lock will verify the card and unlock if authorized.

3.6 Unlock Record Query
All unlocking records (passwords, IC cards, fingerprints, and app unlocks) are recorded. After operating the door lock on any mobile app, connecting to the network, and synchronizing information, all unlocking records can be viewed on the administrator app.

4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the keypad and fingerprint sensor. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: The module is powered by 4 alkaline dry batteries. Replace them when the low voltage alarm (4.8V) is triggered to ensure continuous operation.
- Firmware Updates: The door lock supports firmware upgrades. Regularly check the app for available updates to enhance functionality and security.
5. Troubleshooting
- Lock not responding: Check battery levels. Ensure the module is properly powered.
- Fingerprint not recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Re-register your fingerprint if issues persist.
- IC card not working: Ensure the card is registered. The chip reader is integrated into the module's design, typically near the keypad or a designated area for card swiping.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth is on and your phone is within range. Restart the app or your phone if necessary.
- Unlocking records not syncing: Ensure your mobile phone has an active internet connection and the app is connected to the lock via Bluetooth.
