Troubleshooting

  • No Sound:
    • Ensure the receiver is powered on and connected correctly to your mixer or speakers.
    • Check that microphones/bodypacks are powered on and have fresh batteries.
    • Verify that the volume knobs on the receiver and your audio equipment are turned up.
    • Confirm that microphones/bodypacks are automatically linked to the receiver (green signal indicators should be lit).
  • Interference/Poor Signal:
    • Ensure antennas on the receiver are properly installed and oriented.
    • Reduce the distance between the microphones/bodypacks and the receiver.
    • Avoid placing the receiver near other electronic devices that might cause interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, large metal objects).
    • Check for other UHF wireless systems operating on similar frequencies in the vicinity.
  • Microphone Not Linking:
    • Ensure both the receiver and the microphone/bodypack are powered on.
    • Check battery levels in the microphone/bodypack.
    • If issues persist, refer to the "Automatic Pairing" section in the setup instructions.

User Tips

  • Frequency Management: The system uses international standard common UHF frequencies. While designed for minimal interference, be aware of other wireless devices in your environment, especially in crowded venues.
  • Battery Care: Always use fresh, high-quality AA batteries for optimal performance and to avoid unexpected power loss during use. Remove batteries during long periods of non-use to prevent leakage.
  • Volume Balance: Utilize the individual volume controls on the receiver to achieve a balanced sound mix for all active microphones, especially when using multiple microphones simultaneously.
  • Placement: For best wireless range and signal stability, position the receiver in an open area, away from obstructions and other electronic equipment.
