  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the mouse using the power switch on the bottom. Store the USB receiver inside the mouse to prevent loss.
  • Foot Pads: The mouse comes with wear-resistant foot pads. Ensure the protective film is removed before use for smoother movement.

7. Troubleshooting

Mouse not responding:
  • Ensure the mouse is powered on and the correct connection mode (2.4G or BT) is selected.
  • Check the battery level and charge the mouse if necessary.
  • For 2.4G connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into the computer. Try a different USB port.
  • For Bluetooth connection, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is properly paired. Try re-pairing the mouse.
  • Restart your computer.
Cursor movement is erratic or slow:
  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Try using the mouse on a different surface.
  • Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI switching key.
  • Ensure there are no strong interferences (e.g., other wireless devices) nearby.
LED lights not working or stuck:
  • Check the light effect switch on the bottom of the mouse. Ensure it is in the 'on' position if you desire the breathing lights.
  • If the mouse is charging, the blue light should be active. If not, check the charging cable and power source.
