  • Ensure all wiring connections are secure and correct polarity is observed to prevent damage and ensure optimal sound quality.
  • When cutting holes for installation, double-check measurements and ensure there are no obstructions (like electrical wires or pipes) behind the wall/ceiling.
  • For best Bluetooth performance, keep your smart device within the specified wireless range (10-20 meters) and minimize physical obstructions.
  • If you experience any interference, try relocating the receiving antenna or increasing the separation between the equipment and other electronic devices.

10. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound: Check all power connections, ensure the AC adapter is plugged in, and the wall plate amplifier is turned on. Verify speaker wire connections for correct polarity and secure fit. Ensure the correct input source (AUX, BT, MIC, USB) is selected.
  • Bluetooth Not Connecting: Make sure the amplifier is powered on and in pairing mode (blue LED blinking). Check your smart device's Bluetooth settings and ensure 'Herdio' is selected. If prompted, enter '0000'. Try restarting both the amplifier and your smart device.
  • Distorted Sound: Check speaker wire connections. Ensure the volume is not set too high on either the amplifier or your source device. Test with a different audio source.
  • Intermittent Connection: Ensure your Bluetooth device is within range and there are no major obstructions. Avoid placing the amplifier near other devices that might cause interference.
