2. Important Safety Notes

To ensure safe and correct use of your projector, please observe the following precautions:

  • Do not point the lens directly at human eyes when the machine is on, as the strong light can cause eye damage.
  • Do not block the air inlet/outlet to prevent overheating and damage to internal electronic components.
  • Clean the lens with a cleaning air blower. Do not use paper, cloth, or other abrasive tools directly on the lens surface.
  • Keep the device and its accessories out of reach of children.
  • Use the device in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
  • Avoid storing or using the device in extreme temperatures (operating environment: 0°C~35°C).
  • Do not forcefully squeeze the device or place heavy objects on it.
  • Avoid dropping, knocking, or strong vibrations to prevent damage to the internal circuit board.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the device without authorization. Contact after-sales service for any issues.
  • The equipment must not be exposed to water droplets or splashes. Do not place liquid-filled containers on top of the projector.

4.1. Physical Components

The remote control provides access to various functions:

5. Setup

5.1. Initial Power On

  1. Take the projector out of its packaging and place it on a stable, level surface.
  2. Plug the provided power cable into the projector and then into an AC power outlet. The projector panel indicator will show a standby red light.
  3. Press the power button on the projector body or the remote control. The indicator light will turn solid blue, and the lens will emit light, indicating the projector is starting.

5.2. Focusing the Image

To achieve a clear image, ensure the projector is perpendicular to the projection surface. Use the focus dial on the projector to adjust the clarity. You can broadcast programs to assist with focusing.

5.3. Keystone Correction

The TD80W features both automatic vertical keystone correction and 4-point manual corner keystone correction to ensure a perfectly rectangular image even when the projector is not perfectly aligned with the screen.

To access electronic keystone correction:

  1. Press the Menu (M) key on the remote.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Quick Entrance > Keystone Correction.
  3. Select Electronic Keystone to make adjustments.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Wireless Projection (Screen Mirroring)

The projector supports wireless screen mirroring for both iOS and Android devices.

6.1.1. iOS Device Airplay

This function allows your iPhone/iPad screen to be displayed on the projector. Ensure both the projector and your iOS device are connected to the same WiFi network or hotspot.

  1. On your iPhone/iPad, swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or down from the top-right corner on newer models) to open the Control Center.
  2. Tap the AirPlay button (Screen Mirroring).
  3. Select the projector device from the list and enable the mirroring switch.

Note: The projector's name can be defined in the screen projection app. Connecting to a 5G WiFi network is recommended for smoother performance.

6.1.2. Android Device Miracast

This function allows your Android phone/tablet screen to be displayed on the projector.

  1. On the projector, go to Settings > Network switch > Turn on the WiFi switch and connect to your network.
  2. On your Android phone (e.g., Xiaomi), open the WiFi settings and go to Settings > Connect and Share > Projection (or similar, names vary by device).
  3. During the connection process, an invitation will appear on the projector; click to accept.

Note: Miracast settings and names vary across Android devices (e.g., media output, projection screen, multi-screen interaction). Compatibility with all phone models cannot be guaranteed.

6.2. Android System Features

Equipped with Android 13.0 OS, the TD80W allows you to enjoy a world of entertainment directly from the projector. It includes a Play Store for downloading and installing apps.

6.3. Adjusting Picture and Sound Settings

You can customize picture and sound settings to your preference:

  • Moisture Protection: Operate the projector in environments with 45%-60% humidity to prevent issues from excessive moisture.
  • Shock Protection: Avoid strong impacts, squeezing, or vibrations. Do not move or knock the projector while it is operating.
  • Stable Placement: Always place the projector on a stable, level surface.
  • Liquid Avoidance: Do not place containers with liquids on the projector.

  • Gaming Experience: When connecting gaming consoles via HDMI, activate the 'Game Mode' in the projector settings to minimize input lag.
  • Android System: Explore the Play Store to download your favorite streaming apps and media players (like KD player, MX player, or VLC) for AC3, MOV, and MKV file support.
  • Dust Maintenance: Regularly clean the accessible dust filter to maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating.

  • 7-Day Return/Exchange: Within 7 days of purchase, if a fault is due to product components (not improper use or man-made reasons), you are eligible for return or exchange with a valid purchase receipt and three-guarantee certificate.
  • 8-15 Day Replacement: Between 8 and 15 days from purchase, if a fault is due to product components (not improper use or man-made reasons), you are eligible for free replacement services with valid purchase receipts and three-guarantee certificates.
  • 13-Month Warranty: The main unit of the projector (excluding accessories) is covered by a 13-month warranty from the production date. Free maintenance services are provided for faults caused by main product components (not improper use or human reasons), with valid purchase receipts and three-guarantee vouchers.

The company reserves the final right to interpret the Three Guarantees service.
