1. Introduction

The ROIDMI EVE MAX is an intelligent wireless wet-dry robot vacuum cleaner designed for comprehensive home cleaning. It features powerful 5000Pa suction, app control, and a self-collecting dust station, making it suitable for both sweeping and mopping various hard floor types. This manual provides essential information on safety, setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

2. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions thoroughly before using this appliance. Failure to follow warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Save these instructions for future reference.

2.1 General Safety Warnings

• Do not allow children or pets near the appliance during operation to prevent injury.
• Do not install with excessive force to avoid damage.
• Disconnect power before installing accessories or disassembling water tanks.
• Exercise caution when handling water tanks to prevent slipping and injury.
• This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

2.2 Adapter Usage

• Use only the adapter specified by ROIDMI for this appliance.
• Do not expose the adapter to splashes or immerse it in water.
• Do not disassemble the power adapter to avoid fire or electric shock.
• If the casing is damaged, do not use the adapter.
• The adapter is for indoor use only; do not expose it to rain.
• Unplug the adapter from the electrical outlet before cleaning or maintenance.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
• Do not attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries with this adapter.

2.3 Charging

• Before charging, ensure the adapter's specifications match the power supply voltage. Use AC power at the rated voltage.
• Do not touch the plug or any live parts of the appliance with wet hands.
• Insert the plug firmly into the outlet to prevent electric shock, short circuit, and fire.
• If the appliance casing is deformed or shows abnormalities during charging or use, immediately disconnect power and unplug. Place the appliance in an open area away from flammable materials and contact customer service.
• When unplugging, hold the insulated part of the adapter and do not pull the power cord.
• This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by qualified personnel. The batteries are non-replaceable.

2.4 Appliance Usage

• Do not use the appliance to pick up washing powder, kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, paint, perfume, etc., as these liquids may cause short circuits, fire, or explosion.

2.5 Daily Cleaning and Maintenance

• If the appliance is not used for a long time, disconnect power and unplug the charger.
• Regularly check the suction port for blockages and clean it promptly to maintain suction power.
• After use, promptly clean the dirty water tank and keep the ventilation channel clear to prevent blockages and motor overheating.
• Use a dry cloth to regularly clean dust from the plug to prevent fire due to poor insulation.
• If the appliance is not used for a long time, charge it at least once a month to prevent severe battery damage.
• Before disposing of the appliance, remove the battery.

2.6 Storage

4. Setup

4.1 Appliance Assembly

Installation: Insert the end of the handle into the appliance interface vertically until you hear a "click". Ensure the handle is firmly installed and does not wobble.

Disassembly: Insert a hard object into the handle disassembly hole on the back of the casing, press the shrapnel, and pull out the handle.

4.2 Charging Device Setup

1. Pull down the storage rack accessories along the charging device's fastener until you hear a "click", indicating successful installation.

2. Connect the charging port at the back of the charging device to the power adapter, then plug it into a power outlet.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On and Mode Switching

Click the power switch and hold for 1 second to turn on the appliance. It will start in Smart mode by default.

While operating, click the mode switch button to cycle through "Smart Mode", "Suction Mode", and "Refresh Mode".

• Smart Mode: Suitable for cleaning tiles and floors. The scrubber intelligently detects dirt on the ground and adjusts suction power. In this mode, the scrubber automatically drains water.
• Suction Mode: Suitable for areas with large water stains on tiles and floors. It quickly absorbs water stains with strong suction. In this mode, the washing machine does not produce water.
• Refresh Mode: Suitable for areas requiring sterilization. This mode combines Smart mode with electrolytic water sterilization.

5.2 Display Functions and Indicators

• Self-cleaning: Indicates the self-cleaning process.

The ROIDMI EVE MAX features smart mop lifting, allowing the mop to automatically raise up to 7mm in various scenarios:

• When encountering carpet to prevent wetting.
• When entering or exiting the base station, preventing scratches and dirt.
• In pure scanning mode, eliminating the need for manual disassembly.
• When building a map, the mop automatically lifts.
• Automatically lifts when out of trouble.

Equipped with an LDS radar system and multi-point infrared laser, the robot accurately senses and avoids obstacles, ensuring efficient navigation without getting lost.

5.4 Water Volume Adjustment for Mopping

The ROIDMI EVE MAX offers 3-level water volume adjustment to maintain optimal mop humidity:

• Small water volume: Suitable for living room tiles that are not easy to slip.
• Medium amount of water: Suitable for bedroom study floor.
• Large amount of water: Suitable for kitchen floor tiles with heavy oil stains.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ROIDMI EVE MAX. Always disconnect power before cleaning. Use ROIDMI specified parts for replacements.

6.1 Clean Water Tank Disassembly and Use

1. Press the clean water tank release button to remove the tank.

2. Open the sealing cap of the water inlet on the clean water tank.

3. Place the clean water inlet under a water source and fill the tank with ≤720 ml of clean water.

4. After closing the water inlet cap, align the clean water tank with the appliance and press the release button, then push it inwards until you hear a "click".

6.2 Dirty Water Tank Disassembly and Cleaning

1. Press the dirty water tank release button and remove the tank.

2. After removing the dirty water tank, remove its top cover.

3. Pull out the solid-liquid separator upwards.

4. Dispose of the waste and clean the solid-liquid separator.

5. Pour out the dirty water.

6. Reinstall the solid-liquid separator and the top cover of the dirty water tank. Align it with the appliance, then press the dirty water tank release button and push the tank inwards until you hear a "click".

6.3 Optical Flow Sensor Cleaning

1. Gently wipe the optical flow sensor on both sides of the appliance casing with a cloth or wet paper towel.

2. After removing the dirty water tank, remove the filter element upwards and separate it from the top cover of the dirty water tank.

3. Rotate and remove the protective cover of the light guide column downwards.

4. Rinse the filter element, the top cover of the dirty water tank, and the protective cover of the light guide column with clean water, then air dry them.

5. Reinstall the filter element, the top cover of the dirty water tank, and the protective cover of the light guide column in their original positions.

6.4 Brush Cover Cleaning

1. Press the roller brush cover release button and lift the cover to open it.

2. Rinse with clean water and wipe the cover plate, then reinstall it.

6.5 Soft Roller Brush Cleaning

1. Pull the roller brush ring outwards to directly remove the roller brush.

2. Clean the roller brush with clean water and reinstall it.

6.6 Mi Home App Setup

This product connects to Mi Home and is controlled via the Mi Home app.

1. Scan the QR code or search for "Mi Home" in your app store. Download and install the Mi Home app.

2. Open the Mi Home app and log in to your account.

3. Click "+" in the upper right corner of the app's main page to go to the add device page.

4. Click the scan icon in the upper right corner of the main page to scan the product's QR code. Follow the instructions in the app to add and use the device.

Note: If the product QR code cannot be scanned, you can add the device by searching for the product name. Due to continuous updates of the Mi Home app, actual operation may differ slightly from the description above. Please follow the current instructions in the Mi Home app.
